Spa therapists want to go to the next level in their careers No previous experience is necessary.

The aim of the CIBTAC Level 4 Diploma in Spa and Salon Management (QCF) is to equip candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to enable them to manage a Spa or Salon effectively. It allows students to develop the managerial and technical skills to work in a variety of venues, be it hairdressing and beauty salons, holistic wellness centres, sports treatment specialist centres, day and destination spas and organizations emphasizing workplace wellness, among many others.

The qualification is based on the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and is recognized by both the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC).
