Penny Ellis
Penny Ellis, a veteran of the spa and wellness industry with over 50 years of experience, founded the Bali International Spa Academy (Bali BISA) two decades ago. Bali BISA has grown to become one of Asia’s premier spa training academies. Known for its rigorous training standards and diverse course offerings, Bali BISA attracts thousands of students from around the world who seek professional education in spa therapy.
With the spa and wellness industry’s demand for highly trained professionals steadily increasing, Bali BISA offers a comprehensive range of courses designed for every level, from casual, fun introductory classes to internationally recognized certifications. The academy provides internationally accredited qualifications through respected awarding bodies like CIBTAC, VTCT, and ITEC, ensuring that graduates are equipped to meet global industry standards.

World Massage Federation
World Massage Federation was established as to expand massage globally by organizing training sessions, educational seminars, camps, and contests. Members of WMF can be any national massage federations, local massage unions, all educational institutes as universities, colleges, schools, and all companies offering massage services, professional therapists, including all individuals who are in the massage by any theoretical or practical mean.

The Bali Spa and Wellness Association
The Bali Spa and Wellness Association (BSWA) is a non-profit organization representing Bali’s spa and wellness industry. The BSWA was established in 2005 to develop and promote Bali’s spa offerings through education, exchange of ideas, networking, and growth initiatives.
